Solution QUESTION:
Ok well to start off where I work I'm on a night shift with at least 10 hour days. Because of this I normally have to sleep in fairly late to be ready for the next day and don't really have much time for listening before I go to work. My question is whether I'm getting any effect by listening to the program entirely before I go to bed after work? Is it still effective or is this a program I should be listening to before I go to work everyday? It would be near impossible to be able to find the time before to listen to it entirely. Hoping that the time of day you listen doesn't really matter. Thanks!

ANSWER:
Hi Robert,
If you listen to Totally Tranquil just before bed, you should stop the program at 45 minutes and not listen to the last 15 minutes.
At 46 minutes, the program leaves the lowest Brain Wave frequency of 5 Hz and starts ramping back up to a fully awake frequency of 16 Hz by the end. This is because the full 1 hour program is designed to be used during the day when you would want to come back to fully alert consciousness and be active.
If there is ever a time that you do not have a full hour to listen to the program, you can still receive the beneficial effect by listening to at least the first 20 minutes of the program. That way you would have experienced about 8 minutes of the lowest brain wave frequency.
